Investors will be granted a primary charge on each asset, starting from the sourcing stage, as a secure measure. Utilizing the funds provided by investors, the asset will be acquired through legal channels, ensuring additional security for the investor. The asset's value will be enhanced through a refurbishment process.

Following the refurbishment, a 75% Buy-To-Let mortgage will be procured for the property. At this stage, the security interest transfers to the bank. Subsequently, through legal procedures, investors will receive their initial investment along with accrued interest.

It's important to note that after this seventh step, the security previously held by the investors is no longer tied to the property. Instead, the bank assumes security at an elevated value, effectively repaying the investor with interest.
